RON MILLETT VISITS COLLEGE STATION: April 3-10, 2017
Ron and Rhonda fly from Salt Lake to Houston on Monday, April 3rd. Ron last visited College Station during Christmas 2007, so it's great to have him back in our home. And there's a sweet bonus to the timing of this visit. Ron's 89th birthday is April 5th, so it's also wonderful to celebrate this big day with him!! The weather for Ron's birthday couldn't be more beautiful. We drive to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park, where we walk the short trail from the Visitor's Center to Independence Hall. We catch the tail end of Texas Bluebonnet season, so all is right in the world! During Ron's stay, we go for daily strolls in various city parks, as well as drives around town. The best part is just chatting and being together -- for Ron Millett is a true treasure and blessing in our lives!
