Gary and Rhonda were so pleased to be in Canton for Alex's baptism. Alex seemed to enjoy this day very much. We are proud that Alex made the very important decision to be baptized. He posed for pictures with family members before his baptism. Many members of Alex's family participated in the baptism service. Julie, Alex's mom, was chorister; Aunt Kimberly was pianist; Uncle Tyler gave the opening prayer; Grandma Dyal gave a talk on baptism; Josh, Alex's dad, performed the baptism and confirmed Alex a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; Grandma Williams gave a talk on the Holy Ghost, and Grandpa Williams gave the closing prayer. Following the baptism, family members ate a yummy dinner at B.D.'s Mongolian Barbecue, then went out for ice cream at Culver's. The kids were excited to swim again at the pool of the Spring Hill Suites later that evening. Thanks, Alex, for inviting us to be a part of this most wonderful day!
