DAY AT PALM BEACH ZOO: Thursday, December 29, 2011

While we have seen the Miami Zoo, we have never been to the zoo in Palm Beach. This is another gorgeous day in southern Florida, so the zoo is packed. Kristen and Gary park the cars in the nearby parking lot of the science center, then shuttle back to meet us at the zoo entrance. Highlights of our zoo day include a mother kangaroo (with baby in pouch), a white albino alligator, many very active monkeys and a swimming capybara (world's largest rodent). A fun time is had by all!
