The weather during our first week with the Dyal kids in Canton was extremely hot. On Monday, June 22nd, following a morning at the Canton Public Library and lunch at IKEA, Gary and Rhonda took the kids to the playground in Heritage Park. It was sweltering afternoon. We cooled off with large Icee refills, but decided then and there that we would hit the indoor pools at the Summit the following day. That's just what we did. On Tuesday, June 23rd, we ate at Burger King, then spent the afternoon at the Summit. The kids were prunes when we finally left for home, but still hated to leave the pool. We lured them with the promise of another DVD movie night at home. That evening we watched "Paul Blart, Mall Cop" over a pizza dinner.
