GARY AND RHONDA VISIT DESTIN, FLORIDA: October 15-21, 2010

Gary has known for months that he would attend professional meetings in Destin, Florida in October 2010. As the BP oil spill continued week after week during this past summer, Gary wondered whether this disaster and its impact on beaches in Florida's panhandle would negatively effect conference attendance. In any case, he was scheduled to moderate several conference sessions and was committed to attend.

Rhonda was indifferent to this trip until she heard that the conference would be held at the Sandestin Hilton Resort, where attendees would also stay. She visited the resort's website and this made all the difference! Once inexpensive flights were secured, Rhonda's excitement about this trip began to build.
