While we were at the zoo with the kids, Kimberly prepared an amazing spread of New Year's Eve treats. We returned from our zoo adventures with hefty appetites. While gobbling our festive meal of appetizers, we visited with Kim's friends, Jen and Emily. Then we settled in to watch the DVD Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. During the movie, we lost Allison and Ethan to their beds. Carter and Jacob hung in until the twelve o'clock hour, though, helping us to energetically ring in the New Year of 2011.
