Wednesday evening is spent at the AT&T Theater for the Performing Arts in downtown Dallas. We attend the Tony-award-winning musical "In the Heights" about the hopes, dreams and pressures of a community (mainly immigrants from the Dominican Republic) in Manhattan's Washington Heights. This is very different from musicals we have seen in the past. Definitely NOT Rogers & Hammerstein -- but we enjoy it very much!

DALLAS TEMPLE BY DAY, "IN THE HEIGHTS" BY NIGHT: Wednesday, March 14, 2012
Since the Houston Temple was dedicated, we have not been to the temple in Dallas (once the closest temple to our home). It feels great to be back within the walls of the Dallas Temple. We have many wonderful memories here! On our way back to the SpringHill Suites to dress for an evening at the theater, we enjoy a delicious Chinese dinner.
