VISIT TO PROVO, UTAH: February 7-22, 2012

Following BYU's Housing Fair in late January, Erin's job as an apartment manager in Provo is at its craziest as BYU students begin making housing arrangements for spring, summer and fall semesters. Rhonda flies to Utah to help with Maddie and Leah during two of Erin's busiest weeks, with demanding, nonstop apartment showings.

But it's not all work. Ron treats us to a yummy Valentine's lunch at Chuck-O-Rama, a family favorite. Erin and Spencer also treat Rhonda to a wonderful pre-birthday dinner a Tucanos Brazilian Grill -- a very fun evening with Ron, Gary M., Maddie and Leah also in attendance! Other diversions include fast-food lunches at restaurants with play places during Erin's breaks and the weekend movies "Tin Tin" and "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked". Fun times!!
