We were thrilled that Santa Claus found us in Canton, Michigan. Santa even knew that Baby Maddie was there visiting from Provo, Utah! We spent an hour or so opening Santa's gifts, then we broke for yummy breakfast casserole, cinnamon rolls, grapefruit, hot chocolate and juices.
Then it was back to the ohhhh-so-difficult task of opening the remaining presents. Everyone in the room was well remembered and very pleased with the loot! There were new Nintendo DSi and Wii games to play; a baby doll complete with new toy stroller to take for a walk; nails to laser paint; Webkinz pet to cuddle; roller coasters to build; pictures to take; puzzles to put together; new shirts and jewelry to wear...
It wasn't long before we feasted yet again -- this time on roast turkey with all the trimmings. Later on, when we had room for dessert, we enjoyed peppermint stick dessert and pumpkin cheesecake roll. Merry Christmas to one and all! Thank you for such a merry time, Julie!!
